How do we get started? Call Earthwise (203.253.5616) to schedule your in-home, no-obligation interview. During this get-acquainted meeting, we'll discuss your culinary preferences, dietary restrictions or food allergies. You'll decide whether a weekly, biweekly, or monthly plan is best for you. Or whether you'd simply like to call upon the services of Earthwise for special occasions, or during your most stressful times of the year. Whatever your needs, the menus will be customized and sent in advance for your approval.

What's Next? If you decide to give Earthwise a go, you can expect the following. On the predetermined cooking day, Chef Lynne shops for that day's recipes, places the groceries in a cooler, and drives to your home with her own pots, pans, small appliances, and utensils. After cooking, meals are cooled and packaged, labeled with re-heating instructions and dated. Your meals will be tucked away in the fridge and/or freezer, ready for you. The time spent in your kitchen will vary, usually from six to seven hours.
